Applications can only be made within 90 days from the date of entry into Korea.

Please prepare the required documents.

While applying for RC, we need Korean Phone Number.
•
You can get Korean phone number same as French Phone Number (uSIM/eSIM possible)
•
This number can be used throughout your stay in Korea and counts as your official phone number for your RC application.
•
If you enter your French phone number, and it will be converted to Korean one.
What does it mean to “Use your French phone number in Korea”?
•
If you already have a Korean phone number, you can use that as well.

If any additional documents are needed, you will be notified via an in-app notice. (app installation required).

Please submit the required documents by the deadline.
•
If further verification is required, we may contact you by phone.

We’ll notify you of the fingerprint registration date via the app or email.

Please wait for instructions on how to collect your RC card.

If you’ve get Korean Phone Number from HireVisa, your phone number will be automatically linked with your RC and recognized as regular phone number in Korea.
Precautions
When uploading documents

All documents can only be submitted as scanned files with a scanner or app, not photographed.
If you take unclear pictures, your documents might be rejected by the immigration office. Please submit only scanned files.

1. Residence Documents
You must submit your residence documents for a contract period of 60 days or more from the supplementary deadline. so that you do not have to move during the application period.

It is not an on-campus scholarship.
Only foreign students invited by the Korean government should submit the scholarship certificate.
