Report of change of residence
1) When a registered foreigner changes his/her place of stay, he/she must notify the head of the city/gun/gu of the new place of stay or the head of the immigration/foreign office or branch office within 15 days.
2) If the reporting period for notification of change of place of stay has expired, online application is not possible. Please report to the competent immigration office or branch office.
3) If the reporting date exceeds 15 days, penalties may occur.
Who can apply for change of residence notification through Hirevisa
Applicants to Hirevisa 5 days prior to the filing deadline
Example:

Deadline to report: 12.16
•
The date of application to Hirevisa must be before 12.11, no application after 12.11.
You must confirm the move-in date. You can apply only 5 days before the deadline for reporting.
Hirevisa Change of Residence Application Procedure

Prepare your ID and PW accessible to Hikorea.

After completing the membership registration with Hikorea, you must log in by verifying your e-mail.
2.
Have the contact information of the landlord or resident provider of the new home you are moving into.
3.
Click the APPLY button below to apply. (Application results are usually available within one week.)
4.
You will be notified by email when your application is processed.

School dormitory

Please upload the documents yourself.
2.
Residence other than the school dormitory (monthly rent, jeonse, gosiwon, friend’s or acquaintance’s house, guesthouse, AirBnB, Hirehome, etc.)
