About the Pre-issuance

In general, RC Number can be checked after physical RC card is issued, it takes about 8 weeks from today.

By the pre-issuance, you can check right after RC number is given.

An email to check the number will be sent when the number is issued.

If you don’t apply on site and apply personally, fee will be charged and your order will be delayed.
HireVisa staff will help you to get RC number in advance after fingerprint registration.
Precautions
You must get Departure permission to leave Korea before physical RC card is issued, and this can only be issued online through HireVisa+. If you apply for the group application of RC number, the permission document will be issued about 1~2 days after the RC number issuance is done.
HireVisa+ account is needed to apply for the RC Number pre-issuance. There is no fee for 2 weeks only if you apply on site. After two weeks, monthly subscription fee will automatically charged. If you don’t want to be paid, request a cancellation in advance to HireVisa+.
Regardless of the aboves, all students are automatically enrolled in Korean National Health Insurance when their RC number is given. In order not to use this, you need to apply for the insurance exemption. Online application is only available through HireVisa+.
